Updates and Details

  • Schedule

Action Sports Constructions has been hired to build our park and have started working on site!

    Next Steps

Steps to select a contractor to build the Quarry Park Pump track are in motion. Designs are complete, permits have been obtained, and the call for construction bids will be posted in January 2022.

While the department had scheduled site grading to begin mid-September, the need to complete the first phase of Quarry Park’s fuel reduction project near the meadow took precedence and ensures no conflict between fuel reduction work and pump track construction moving forward. Construction is expected to begin mid-to-late spring 2022.

  • Project Plans For Construction out for bid!

San Mateo County parks has released the Bid package for contractors to bid on !

  • Pump Track Preferred Concept

Input gathered during community meetings and a survey conducted in November have informed development of the preferred concept for the pump track at Quarry Park. The preferred concept will be presented to the Parks Commission and Board of Supervisors this winter as well as Granada Community Services District.
